My siter-in-law sent me this link. She and her BF went to Santa Cruz (California) to a fungus festival. She saw the chef-owner of a restaurant turn out many, many fantastic mushroom dishes, all out of one giant wok, one after the other.
This is the link to the recipes on his website. There are TONS of recipes and they all remind me of the old cookbooks from my grandmother’s time – “Cook over hot fire until done,” that sort of thing. But he pulls inspiration from world cuisines that my grandmother never knew about.
